Conditions of Use

Artwork - Electronic artwork should  be uploaded as part of your order. You can supply files in any normal computer formats.

Colour Matching - We make every effort to match colours you specify. If you specify Pantone or any special colours, these will be matched to the best of our ability and as close as printing processes allow. 

Gift with your logo - These gift sets are supplied with a logo or message with artwork supplied by you. Tees & pencils supplied in gift sets are not normally printed, unless the description for that items states otherwise

In gifts sets with multiple items, the pitch repairer, ball marker & ball (where included in the appropriate gift set) are the items that will be printed.

Golf Tees - All tees supplied by us are wooden tees from renewable sources. Quoted prices are for bag packs & includes printing charges. Please note that tees are printed in 1 colour line print only.

Goods - Goods remain the property of just golf gifts until payment has cleared.

Placing Orders - All orders must be submitted to via the just golf gifts website checkout process. If you have any enquiries, please do contact us, but we cannot accept verbal orders - orders must be placed via our website at justgolfgifts.co.uk. Payment may be by credit card or cheque in UK Pounds Sterling. Please note that cheques must be supplied and cleared before your order can be processed.

Pre Printed gift sets - These gift are supplied pre-printed by just golf gifts with one of our logos which are selected by you from our standard range, listed for that product.

Printed Golf Balls - Golf balls may be printed with a logo and/or message supplied by you. Prices include printing in one position on the ball. All boxes/packs contain 12 balls unless otherwise stated.  

VAT - Just Golf Gifts is a UK VAT registered company (VAT registration number GB 609 05 13 63). Prices are shown without VAT, which is added when completing the order during the  checkout process. VAT is added at the UK prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) and the VAT element of the order is shown as a separate item on the final invoice. 

Volume Pricing - Nearly all items displayed are discounted if purchased in quantity, to reflect the economies of printing in greater volumes where possible. A table is shown with the product description to show the quantity price breaks. Where a single price is shown with the item description, this will be for the minimum order quantity. The price you pay is automatically calculated from the volume selected and will be shown in your shopping cart and at the checkout.

Product Descriptions - We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our photographs and product descriptions. If you have any questions or require clarification on any of our products, please use the contact us form and we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can.

Printing Suitability  - If the logo or colour combinations you supply or specify as part of your order instructions are unsuitable for printing, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
