First Time Buyers

If this is your first visit to Just Golf Gifts, then first of all, a big Welcome. We aim to make your shopping experience as simple and straightforward as possible. To help you make your purchase, we thought we'd explain a few key points about our shopping experience.

Registration
You don't have to register to browse our store, but all customers have to register before completing their first purchase. For any subsequent purchases, you just login with your email address and your account details are immediately retrieved.

Site Navigation
Our products are grouped into categories, which are always available at the top left hand corner. You can go straight to items grouped under a category (e.g. Golf Balls, Wooden Tees) just by clicking on the link. Alternatively, click on All Products to list everything. We also have a search facility - just enter a key word (e.g. Titleist, tee) to find products with words in the description that match.

When you see an item that you like, just add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'add to cart' button. You haven't made any commitments at this point and you can change your mind easily at any time (up to 'Confirm' in the 3 part checkout process described later). Everything that is added to your online shopping cart goes to make up your final order - just continue adding items to the cart until you have everything you want. You can delete or modify the volumes quite easily. 

When you are ready to complete your order, you click on 'Checkout'.

The Checkout Process
Once you have decided on your order, you are guided through a 3 step checkout process.

If you haven't logged in, you have to do so at this point. If you haven't registered before, you won't have an existing login - you must register to make the purchase.

Step 1) Once logged in, we ask you to confirm your delivery address and how you would like the item shipped. Any special instructions you may have can be added at this point.

Step 2) Is where you add your Payment Information. We ask that you confirm that you understand the terms and conditions and then advise your payment details. Currently we accept cheque or credit card.

Step 3) Is where you review your order details, shipping charges, VAT - everything. This is your last opportunity to change your mind (about anything!). When you are sure everything is right, press 'Confirm' - this complete your order. You will be sent an email to the address supplied, confirming your order and telling you how to monitor progrss and get in touch with us too. We will also use this address to keep you updated.

Adding Logos's & Messages
You can buy items customised with a logo that you supply to us - there is a minimum order quantity for these items. Because it is more cost effective to print in larger volumes, most of our customisable items have volume discounts.

If you choose to buy pre-printed boxed gifts using our own range of standard logos, this can be more cost effective, especially for smaller or one-off quantities - there is no minimum order quantity for these.

Shipping
Shipping costs are added at the checkout.

VAT
VAT is added at the checkout.
