Shipping & Returns

At Just Golf Gifts, your order is always processed as quickly as possible. We use couriers to ensure your package is delivered safely and reliably. We normally ask you to allow up to 14 days for custom printed items to be delivered, but we will always endeavour to process your order more quickly than this if we can. If you have a specific delivery requirement for an order, we will always try our best to meet it – please let us know by adding any special instructions during the checkout process when completing your order.

There is a separate charge for shipping, which is added to the total cost of your order at the checkout stage. There may be alternative shipping options presented to you at the checkout, depending on the size of the order and your location.

Returns
At Just Golf Gifts we pride ourselves on our service. Because most of our products are printed, we do want to make sure we get it right so that you are please with your personalised product. However, if for any reason you are not, please use the contact us form, phone, or email returns@justgolfgifts.co.uk & let us know the problem. We'll do our best to sort things out.
